We maintain customer records for all our clients (paying and non-paying) and use this information to communicate either by post, telephone or email, to ensure that you are kept up-to-date with information about the Nielsen services you use. We try to keep these messages relevant and to a minimum and we do not share the information we hold on your company/organisation with third parties.

We also keep our clients fully informed of our latest news, forthcoming events and relevant industry updates via our marketing communications, by email and post.

We will however continue to communicate with you as a client by keeping you fully informed of any relevant service information. These will cover any changes to our services (both free and subscription based) and where necessary important information about your title records and government legislation that may have an impact on the service we provide to you.
